In July of 2019 Jordan Brand dropped a Lakers-themed AJ 13 in white, court purple and black. A “Home” colorway of sorts, now almost three years later, the “Away” edition is ready for the courts.
Nicknamed the “Black Court Purple,” this Air Jordan 13 Retro features an OG construction, reminiscent of the “Bred” colorway. The sneaker is draped in black with purple accents. Sporting a black-based leather upper with a dimpled 3M reflective overlay. Purple suede wraps around the collar and across the suede midsole while a black outsole rounds things out.
The Air Jordan 13 Retro Black Court Purple is set to release on January 8th, 2022. It will launch at Nike as well as select Jordan Brand retailers both in-store and online.
