A familiar Air Jordan 12 returns with a slight twist.

Air Jordan 12 Retro Black Taxi

Fresh off the heels of the highly anticipated return of the Air Jordan 12 Retro “Playoff,” Jordan Brand is set to keep the AJ 12 busy throughout the rest of 2022. With a “Hyper Royal” women’s edition and “Stealth” colorway already confirmed, you can add another pair to the list. Debuting this holiday season is the all-new Air Jordan 12 Retro “Black Taxi.”

Now when you think of taxi and the Air Jordan 12, you think of the original white and black colorway that is one of the most coveted pairs of all time. While we are still awaiting a proper retro of the AJ 12 “Taxi,” we did get the “Royalty” edition in 2021 to tide us over. Now, “Taxi” returns to the Air Jordan 12 with a new iteration. Known as the “Black Taxi” edition, this pair is similar to the Air Jordan 12 Retro “The Master” that was released back in 2016. Featuring a completely blacked-out design with taxi yellow accents in place of white.

The Air Jordan 12 Retro Black Taxi was originally set to release on October 15th, 2022. After a few delays, they will now release on December 3rd.. It will drop at Nike as well as select Jordan Brand retailers in-store and online. Coming in full-family sizing, retail is set at $200 for men.
