For Summer 2023, Jordan Brand gave us the first women's exclusive colorway of the Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG, "UNC To Chi." Next year for Summer 2024, another modern-day classic colorway of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG will be converted into a low-top "Black Gorge Green," specific to the ladies.
The women's Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG "Black Gorge Green" draws direct inspiration from 2020's Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Pine Green. The all-leather build is split between black and gorge green, with green on the toe, Swoosh on the sides, and heel, and black covering the rest. Red details are present on the lace set, Nike Air branding atop the tongue, Jordan Wings on the heel tab, and on the sockliner. Underfoot sits a sail rubber midsole paired with a red rubber outsole.
The Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG Black Gorge Green W will release on June 12, 2024 through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Coming exclusively in women's sizing, retail is set at $140.
