One of the biggest themes for Jordan Brand throughout 2023 is the classic Chicago Skyline seen in the background of the original Air Jordan 1 ad from the mid '80s. We have already seen the "Craft" edition along with a kids exclusive mid-top use this skyline theme. For Holiday 2023, another Air Jordan 1 Retro High inspired by this famous scene is also set to drop.
Coming in Sky J Mauve, this Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG comes in a clean white and sky j mauve colorway. Keeping things simple, OG-style colorblocking in the same manner as the "Chicago" is present. White underlays paired with sky j mauve overlays help create the design. Laces match the sky j mauve shade while the Wings logo on the collar get a white finish. Underfoot, a white midsole and sky j mauve outsole complete the design.
The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Sky J Mauve is set to release on October 14th, 2023 through Nike, SNKRS and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Coming in men's and gradeschool sizing, retail is set at $180 and $140, respectively.
