The Air Jordan 1 is one of the most malleable silhouettes in the history of sneakers. In its four decades of existence, the sneaker has been remixed for a myriad of purposes. The patent leather-clad Air Jordan 11 has received both a Cap and Gown and Tuxedo colorways for pairing with special events, but none have ever gone to these lengths. While those are colorways meant to be worn with a suit, the Air Jordan 1 Low MM V3 is throwing on its Sunday best. This new Suit colorway features a black pinstripe textile base covered by glossy patent leather overlays, giving it a loafer-esque look that would rival your uncle’s best Stacy Adams.

The ankle collar gets a transformation into a literal dress shirt collar, as the sneaker adds a folded, blue striped button-down collar that shifts the sneaker from formal footwear into formal attire. The power-clashing suit is pulled together with the beige outsole so crisp it should be pleated. Tying up the look is a blue polka dot necktie lace charm complete with a Jumpman tie clip.

Release details for the Air Jordan 1 Low MM V3 Suit are scarce. The women’s exclusive sneaker typically retails for $140, but it is unknown if the Gordon Gecko look will result in an additional cost.
