While Michael Jordan's mid-top flagship certainly isn't as popular as its cousins, interest surrounding it is certainly growing at a steady pace thanks to upcoming colorways like the Air Jordan 1 Mid "Sky J French Blue." Blending the hardcourt style of the High with the versatility of the Low, it can only be described as the best of both worlds, to the point that His Airness himself is frequently spotted with a pair on his feet.
Outfitted in a full leather construction that's soft and supple to the touch, this Air Jordan 1 works on top of a pristine sail base and is overlaid with french blue leather paneling across the toebox, heel, and lacing system. Across the lateral and medial sidewalls, the legendary Nike Swoosh has been dipped in an ozone blue hue, and this is complemented by the iconic winged basketball insignia that's debossed across the collar flaps. A single Jumpman adorns the tongue tag for that unmistakably AJ 1 aesthetic, and all of this sits on top of a crisp white Air midsole that's as comfortable as it gets.
The Air Jordan 1 Mid Sky J French Blue W is releasing sometime in September 2023. Dropping at Nike, the SNKRS app, and select Jordan retailers both online and in-store, these will come exclusively in women's sizes and will retail for $125.
