The Air Jordan 1 Mid SE Paris YMCA is a tribute to the rich legacy of basketball, mirroring the aesthetics of the historic Parisian court. The sneaker features a harmonious blend of earthy browns, creams, and reddish-browns, reminiscent of the dark wooden construction of the original court. The design intricately weaves the past with the present, as seen in the heel and tongue tag, adorned with a woven pattern that echoes the herringbone wooden layout of the court's floor.
In a nod to the court's significance, a special hangtag accompanies the sneaker, bearing the inscription "Tribute to the oldest basketball court in Europe, Paris 1893."
