We're just going to put this out there: The Air Jordan 1 Mid SE "Mini Lux" has got to be one of the cutest AJ1 Mids that we've ever seen in the model's almost four-decade-long history. Made exclusively for the little sneakerheads, if you want to give their collection the upgrade that it deserves, this is an absolutely adorable colorway that you definitely shouldn't overlook, so keep reading to find out everything that we know so far.
Taking on the Air Jordan 1 Mid, these Jordans work on top of a crisp white leather base that's smooth and supple to the touch. A Swoosh shoots through the lateral and medial sidewalls, while pink oxford and guava ice suede overlays wrap around the entire upper. Each of these panels are finished with a delicate scalloped edge, referencing dresses from the the 1920s and 1930s. The legendary winged basketball insignia is finely stamped across the collar, while a complementary Jumpman makes cameo on the tongue tag. All of this sits on top of a creamy coconut milk Nike Air midsole which gives the shoe a vintage vibe that's sure to turn heads wherever you go.
The Air Jordan 1 Mid SE Mini Lux GS will drop exclusively in kids sizes when they release on July 20, 2023. Launching at Nike, the SNKRS app, and select Jordan retailers both online and in-store, retail will be $120, $80, and $65 for gradeschool, pre-school, and toddler pairs.
