Everyone's favorite, the Air Jordan 1 Mid, is still firing on all cylinders for Jordan Brand. With new colorways releasing every month, JB's goal of keeping the AJ 1 Mid on the shelves all year has been achieved. While most people don't bat an eye when a new pair drops, some pairs cross over to the eyes of sneakerheads, even if it's few and far between. One such pair is a colorway initially released in 2019, the Air Jordan 1 Mid SE Patent "Black Metallic Gold White." If you're a fan of the AJ 1 Mid and missed out on this pair, don't worry, it is set to re-release for the holidays.
The 2023 iteration of the Air Jordan 1 Mid SE Patent "Black Metallic Gold White" features the same materials and colorblocking as its 2019 predecessor. The all-patent leather upper, in Chicago-style colorblocking, features black overlays paired with crisp white underlays. Metallic Gold detailing is seen via the Swoosh on the sides, the Wings logo on the ankle, and the tongue tag and insoles branding. A white midsole sitting atop a black solid rubber outsole finishes things off.
The Air Jordan 1 Mid SE Patent Black Metallic Gold White will release Holiday 2023 through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Coming in full-family sizing, retail is set at $135, $120, $80, and $65, respectively.
