A design popularized by the Lance Mountain x AJ 1 SB from 2014, we have seen the “Wear Away” look make its way onto various other Jordan 1s as well as Nike silhouettes over the last eight years. With an all-new Air Jordan 1 Mid on the way, the AJ 1 Low is the next iteration to get the pre-worn makeover.
Coming in a clean black, electric green, white, and sail, the Air Jordan 1 Low Wear Away “Green” features an all-leather upper. White underlays are paired with black overlays. The “Wear Away” look can be seen on the toe cap, toe rand, and wrapping around the back heel. Branding hits come courtesy of an electric green Jumpman on the tongue and insoles, as well as an embroidered Wings logo in black on the back heel. Keeping things in line with the vintage look is the sail colored midsole.
The Air Jordan 1 Low Wear Away Green is set to release in Fall 2022. It will drop at Nike, via the SNKRS app, and at select Jordan Brand retailers worldwide, both in-store and online. Coming in men’s and gradeschool sizing, retail is set at $120 for men.
