Since its release in 2015 on the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG, we have seen the “Shattered Backboard” theme used multiple times over the last seven years. Nike Sportswear even adopted it on an often forgotten Air Foamposite One in 2019. Now for 2022, the basketball-inspired colorway has made its way onto the golf course with the unveiling of the Air Jordan 1 Low Golf “Shattered Backboard.”

Resembling the original “Shattered Backboard” color scheme, these golf AJ 1 Lows come in starfish, black, and white. Instead of an all-leather upper, these feature nubuck paired with leather side panels. Sporting a “Black Toe” construction, black covers the eyestays, tongue, Swoosh, and toecap. Starfish orange is present on the toebox and back heel, along with the modified golf outsole. White finishes things off via the side panels, Wings logo on the back heel, tongue tag, and midsole.

The Air Jordan 1 Low Golf Shattered Backboard is set to release on June 1st, 2022. It will drop at Nike as well as select Jordan Brand retailers worldwide, both in-store and online. Coming in men’s sizing, retail is set at $130.
