Even though Fall is within arm’s reach, Jordan Brand isn’t yet ready to let go of all-white sneakers as we take our first look at the Air Jordan 1 Low "Dare To Fly." A low-top silhouette that has seen quite a few wacky renditions over the past few months including the Split "Bruce Spruce Black" and "Old School Gaming,” the Michael Jordan-helmed label is bringing things back to basics with this clean colorway.
While its name might suggest yet another daring release, the “Dare To Fly” AJ 1 Low is actually quite tame both in color palette and design. With a smooth leather construction in white, the metallic silver Swoosh branding is outlined with a light blue hue that adds depth to the design. Complementary speckles are peppered throughout the Air cushioned midsole, and this is highlighted with an icy blue rubber outsole that’s been given an iridescent finish. Of course, you can’t talk about this Air Jordan 1 Low without mentioning the iconic winged basketball that’s stamped around the heel, and the custom “Dare To Fly” tag on the tongue that’s accompanied by the legendary Jumpman insignia.
The Air Jordan 1 Low Dare To Fly is set to release in 2022. It will drop at Nike as well as select Jordan Brand retailers worldwide, both online and in-store. Coming in men's sizing, retail is set at $120. Check out our Jordan release calendar, and keep it locked to our Twitter and the Sole Retriever mobile app. If you're looking for a more in-depth breakdown of the Air Jordan 1 and upcoming releases, check out our Air Jordan 1 Buyers Guide and our Air Jordan 1 Release Dates Page.
