Michael Jordan may have never rocked a pair of low-top Air Jordan 1’s during his playing days but that doesn’t stop sneakerheads and casual consumers from being like Mike in these pairs. The latter half of 2022 is chock full of AJ 1 Lows, such as the upcoming split UNC Grey, though the latest to emerge comes in a simple two-tone Cement Grey and Chutney makeup.
Taking on the leather construction the silhouette is famous for, the base layer gets a cement grey treatment while the overlays on the mudguard, eyestays, collar, and heel come in a shade of orangish-yellow Jordan Brand is calling “chutney.” The latter of these two shades dresses the flat laces while the tongue on which these rest comes in the accenting cement grey. Branding details, sans the heel’s grey Wings logo and insole’s Jumpman, come in chutney, found on the Nike Swoosh and embroidered Jumpman logo atop the tongue. Rounding out the look is a sail midsole paired with a chutney rubber outsole.
The Air Jordan 1 Low Cement Grey Chutney W is slated to release this Holiday 2022 season through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Coming in women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $110.
