Sneakerheads seem to always foam at the mouth for OG-like color schemes on classic Air Jordan silhouettes. One in particular is the "Bred Toe." While not an original Air Jordan 1 colorway, the “Bred Toe” has been featured on a series of AJ 1 Highs, Lows, and Mids over the years. As a direct result, it has been sought after due to its mash-up of the “Bred” and “Black Toe” colorways. Following up on 2022’s AJ 1 Low Bred Toe, a new iteration of this same color scheme is hitting shelves come Holiday 2023.
Keeping the classic all-leather build of the Air Jordan 1 Low, the model features black, red, and white hits throughout its design while keeping the “Bred Toe” colorblocking alive. Black leather overlays wrap around the mudguard, eyestays, and collar. The previous iteration in 2022 featured red on the collar. Tonal black laces match the tongue, while we see hits of red below (on the toebox) and above (on the Jumpman embroidery). Working over to the midfoot, you’ll spot white leather on the quarter panel with a black Swoosh running above the red heel overlay. The classic Jordan Wings logo is embroidered into the heel, coming in white, while the white midsole and red rubber outsole complete the design.
The Air Jordan 1 Low Bred Toe will be released in the Holiday of 2023 through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s and GS sizing, the retail price is set at $110 and $90, respectively.
