When it comes to inclusive basketball sneakers, Nike is leading the charge. After checking out Elena Delle Donne's Nike Air Deldon "Together We Fly" a few weeks ago, the Oregon-based sportswear company is now adding another ease-of-access colorway to its release roster with the Air Jordan 1 High Flyease "Bright Violet." Taking on Michael Jordan's flagship model, if you want a pair in your collection, here's everything that you need to know, including potential release information and pricing details.
Featuring an all-leather construction that's smooth and sleek to the touch, the majority of the Air Jordan 1 is painted in a stealthy black hue, while "white and bright violet accents hit the toebox and ankle, respectively. As its name states, this Jordan is part of the brand's Flyease line, so it features an elongated heel pull tab for extra convenience and a zipper across the medial side, meaning you can slip in and out with ease. This has all been designed to almost blend into its surroundings, so if you didn't know any better you would probably think that these are just another pair of classic AJ 1s. A Nike Swoosh shoots through the sidewalls, and of course, you can't talk about this model without mentioning the iconic winged basketball that has been stamped across the collar, finalizing the design.
The Nike Air Jordan 1 High Flyease Bright Violet is expected to hit Nike, the SNKRS app, and select Jordan Brand retailers worldwide on December 10th, 2022.
