The partnership between New York-based fashion label Aimé Leon Dore and New Balance consistently delivers top-notch renditions of iconic NB sneakers. With a series of hit releases that fuse Aimé Leon Dore's flair for chic minimalism with New Balance's iconic silhouettes, the collaboration has been a favorite among sneakerheads. Continuing this momentum, the duo is back with another 650R colorway, rounding out the latest pack that includes a “UNC” and “White Green Gum."
Sporting a predomenantly white leather construction, this rendition of the 650R showcases its high-quality material across the toe box, mudguard, midfoot panel, and heel. The collar is dressed in black leather featuring New Balance branding, while additional contrast comes from black piping on the perforated leather panel. The “N” logo at midfoot also gets black piping, while additional branding elements on the tongue tag maintain this contrast. Completing the look is a black sockliner and a black rubber segment on the heel. The shoe sits on a cream-colored midsole, with a classic gum outsole finishing the look.
The Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 650R White Black will release June 15 through a raffle on Aimé Leon Dore’s website. A New Balance release is set to go down on June 23.
