Yeezy and adidas had a hit on their hands with the introduction of the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 back in 2016. Releasing a handful of colorways from 2016-2017, the designs all featured the iconic zebra primeknit pattern before switching things up in 2018. Since the design changed to a monochromatic pattern with the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Butter” as well as the current “Static” pattern, we have seen a handful of classic colorways returning in their original design. In 2022, Yeezy is going back to the iconic “Core Black” zebra primeknit that took the sneaker world by storm six years ago with the upcoming adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Dazzling Blue.”
Dressed in the same colorblocking as the “Black Friday” Pack from 2016, the “Dazzling Blue” comes with a base primeknit in core black. Running along the lateral side, a vibrant blue stripe with SPLY-350 branding makes its way down to the toebox, disintegrating into a zebra pattern along the medial side of the upper. Thick black rope laces weave in and out of the upper, coming in a standard fashion unlike many of the recent releases featuring infinity style laces. Paired to a translucent black ribbed rubber outsole with full-length Boost, the blacked-out outsole with peeks to the Boost rounds out this throwback design.
The adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Dazzling Blue is scheduled to release on February 26th, 2022 through adidas Confirmed, Yeezy Supply, and select retailers online and in-store.
