It’s well known that Ye often dresses his clothing and footwear styles in earth tones and neutrals, though there are a few colorful exceptions. As he continues to focus heavily on his Yeezy GAP collection, an image surfaced of another colorful look on an adidas Yeezy silhouette, though it turns out that the pair was fake.
As one of the few sneakers in the Yeezy lineup that has received more colorful options, this Slate Azure looked promising to be a follow-up to the "Slate Red" that released earlier in 2022. It will be interesting however to see if we do start to receive more colorful options via Yeezy and adidas, especially considering Ye has accused the Three Stripes of producing colorways and names without his approval. We’ll have to wait and see what else the duo have in store for us as time goes on.
