SVSM Colors Dress This adidas Pro Model 2G

adidas is bringing us back to the early 2000s home of LeBron James, Saint Vincent-Saint Mary high school. Long before his Nike line, James was dressed in a number of brands Player Exclusives, including adidas. An entire pack of SVSM colorways on retro adidas models are headed our way this year, including the T-Mac 1 and T-Mac 2.0. Finishing off the set is the adidas Pro Model 2G “SVSM.”

Staying true to the Fighting Irish mascot of SVSM, this Pro Model 2G comes dressed in a green patent leather with gold and white hits throughout. Starting at the toe box, a green rubber shell toe connects to the patent leather tongue with matching green laces weaving throughout. Atop the tongue, gold adidas branding is stamped in.

The main hits of gold come in the form of the Three Stripes on the midfoot, surrounded by “Pro Model” branding and a nod to King James graduation year with “Class of 2003” on the lateral side. Back on the heel, further gold adidas branding is present. Printed on the insole, adidas branding and 4 leaf clovers help bring the Irish spirit to the silhouette. Down on the white midsole, Bounce cushioning replaces the OGs adiPrene+. Rounding out the Fighting Irish look is the green herringbone rubber outsole.

The adidas Pro Model 2G SVSM is set to release February 17th through adidas and select adidas retailers online and in-store. Coming in men's sizing, the retail price is set at $100.
