As the summer heat intensifies, so to do the color schemes on sneakers. A prime example is the latest iteration of the adidas Mahomes 1 Impact FLX. The signature model from the Kansas City Chiefs' quarterback has emerged in a vibrant “Solar Orange” colorway.
The adidas Mahomes 1 Impact FLX Solar Orange is a robust and striking football training shoe, incorporating a snug sock-like upper for comfort and support. Its breathable knit fabric is fortified by TPU overlays across the silhouette providing a layer of durability to the shoe. This model features a vivid fusion of bright orange and volt green on the previously mentioned TPU, while the rest of the upper comes in varying shades of orange. adidas' Three Stripes adorn the midfoot as a sleek black outline. More branding is present in the Mahomes' logo placed atop the tongue and insole. Underneath, the shoe hosts a black midsole encapsulating a full-length Boost cushioning system. A black outsole completes the design, equipped with a series of nubs for traction on the turf.
The adidas Mahomes 1 Impact FLX Solar Orange released in early June through adidas and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $140.
