While Timberlands were made for the construction site, they ended up being a New York City icon instead. One of the most recognizable pieces of footwear in history, it's world-renowned for its sturdy high-top shape and unique color palette, and this season, the Brand With The 3 Stripes is channeling this rugged energy into the adidas Forum Mid "Workboot." If you didn't know any better you would actually think that these were Timbs at a glance.
Featuring a premium construction, these Forums work on top of an earthy mesa leather base while deep brown accents venture towards the nylon tongue and mesh collar. A hard-wearing strap wraps around the ankle for the ultimate lockdown fit where you'll also find an adidas logo. Additional branding hits the tongue tag, lateral sidewall, and midsole which has been completely covered in gum rubber for durable traction with every step. The Forum is then rounded off with a pair of thick yellow laces which falls in line with the sneaker's workboot-inspired aesthetic, finalizing the design.
Expected to release sometime in 2022, the adidas Forum Mid Workboot Mesa will be available in men's sizes with a retail price of $100.
