Retro low-top basketball kicks are in full swing with New Balance’s 550 and Nike’s Dunk Low leading the pack in terms of hype. Over at The Three Stripes, their Forum silhouette was revived in true mid-80s fashion with the Forum 84 Low and High receiving countless colorways and collaborations alike. Now the adidas Forum 84 Low “Pink” brings an all-over tonal pink look to the model.
Taking on the standard leather, mesh, and suede combo, the silhouette takes on various shades of pink throughout. The leather overlays on the toebox, eyestays, midfoot, and lockdown strap all feature a very light pink hue, accenting the more true pink seen on the suede Three Stripes branding on the midfoot and the heel overlay. Weaving in and out of the eyestays are a set of white laces, sitting above the salmon pink mesh tongue. Branding details come in a reddish-pink, sans the previously mentioned Three Stripes. Rounding out the look is an adidas branded midsole and outsole, both of which come in a shade of pink.
The adidas Forum 84 Low Pink is set to release in 2022 through adidas and select Three Stripes retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $100.
