The adidas Fear of God Athletics Basketball 2 Ash Pearl Pack Releases June 2025
Published
Jerry Lorenzo’s third and final pillar of the Fear of God brand, Fear of God Athletics with adidas, has had a rocky go at it so far. Even with lackluster hype from the community, Lorenzo and The Three Stripes continue to bring an elevated aesthetic to performance footwear, specifically the world of basketball, with the Fear of God Athletics Basketball 2. Following up on the Putty Beige Collection and the reveal of Derrick Rose’s upcoming collaboration, the sneaker is now getting an Ash Pearl makeover.
Coming in a high-top and low-top cut, the Ash Pearl Pack entirely coats the performance basketball model in this hue across the upper. Suede panels wrap around the mesh base layer, forming a monofilament-constructed Three Stripes logo on the midfoot that takes inspiration from the adidas Sobakov. The laces and the tongue come in a tonal finish matching the rest of the upper, with the high-top variant adding a suede lockdown strap for added stability.
Branding details for adidas are located on the heel via the semi-translucent clear TPU heel counter, resting above the Fear of God label applied to the midsole. Inside, the creamy rubber midsole houses a full-length Lightboost foam cushion, exposed on the medial side to make the foam more effective on the court. Finishing the design is the wavy generative rubber outsole.
The adidas Fear of God Athletics Basketball 2 Ash Pearl Pack will release in June 2025 through adidas, Fear of God, and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $200 for the high-top and $180 for the low-top.
