There's no arguing the fact that the adidas Superstar is one of the most iconic sneakers, not just in the German sportswear brand's roster, but also in the world. Introduced back in the late '60s, the design of the retro model hasn't really changed all that much in the past five decades. With that said, we've never actually seen a colorway quite like the upcoming adidas Cozy Superstar "Cloud White." Rumored to be part of the much wider "Cozy" collection alongside a ZX 8000, make sure you read on to find out everything that we know so far.
Just like the aforementioned ZX 8000, this Superstar drops the classic all-leather construction in favor of a cozy fleece material, hence the name of the pack. Painted in a light grey hue, creamy white Three Stripes shoot through the laterals and medials with exposed foam throughout. In fact, this detail makes its way around the entire shoe, even embellishing the heel badge and the legendary Shelltoe up front. Down below, you'll find a crisp EVA midsole that's decorated with complementary stitching, and to round off the deconstructed design, "Superstar" is debossed gently across the sides.
Scheduled to release on January 26th, 2023, the adidas Cozy Superstar Cloud White will be available in men's sizes for $130 via adidas, the CONFIRMED app, and select retailers online and in physical locations.
