Anthony Edwards and adidas have created a significant buzz in the sneaker industry with the AE 1, widely regarded as one of the best sneakers of 2024. adidas and Edwards are set to introduce a low-top version of the AE 1, with the MX Grey colorway debuting next month. As anticipation grows, several more colorways will join the lineup, including Year of the Snake and Iron Sharpens Iron. The latest addition, Night Indigo Red, promises to capture the attention of sneakerheads. Additional colorways like Red Night Indigo and White Night Indigo Red will also be available alongside this pair.
The adidas AE 1 Low Night Indigo Red features the standard AE 1 Low construction with a Primeblue knit upper in a striking night indigo hue. Accents of red are prominently placed on the toe cap and the midfoot base, adding a vibrant contrast. A generative TPU panel in night indigo overlays the red base, enhancing the sneaker's dynamic design. The lace set and faux carbon fiber heel counter also adopt the night indigo shade, while the Trefoil logo on the heel pops in white. On the tongue tag, we see "USA" text on the internal portion, while Anthony Edwards' logo is prominently displayed on the front. The sneaker sits on a night indigo midsole and outsole, incorporating Light Boost cushioning for optimal comfort and performance.
The adidas AE 1 Low Night Indigo Red will release August 14, 2024, through adidas and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $110.
