Action Bronson Previews Another Baklava New Balance Courtside at the Knicks Game
PublishedQuick Facts
- Action Bronson previewed a brand-new New Balance collab at MSG
- It's hard to make out exactly which model he is wearing based on the photo
- The sneaker is possibly the New Balance 2010, but that's not confirmed
- Expect to see more info and images in the coming weeks

If you live in New York City and you have a sneaker to debut, there’s only one place that truly makes sense to show it off - on the floor at Madison Square Garden. Following in the footsteps of plenty of Knicks players and Oscar-winning superfan Spike Lee, Action Bronson took his seat on the MSG wood as the Knicks faced off against LeBron James and the Lakers on Sunday with a new pair of Baklava New Balances.
The Action Bronson x New Balance preview is hard to make out from the single photo we’ve seen of Bronson posing for the team photographer, but from what we can make out, it definitely features Action’s Baklava branding on the tongue. Featuring an upper covered in a black base with blue support structure and an orange “N” side panel logo, the new colorway is a perfect match for Bronson’s obsessive Knicks fandom.
Speculation online is trying to pin the shoe down as a pair of New Balance 2010s, thanks to the look of the numbers on the tongue label, but thanks to some unfamiliar structural paneling on the toebox, we’ll need a closer look before we can confirm what silhouette the Knicks Baklava colorway is added to.
Action Bronson’s New Balance partnership just debuted the first pairs of the New Balance 1890 over the past two weeks, so it was definitely a surprise to see the Queens rapper show up courtside in an all-new pair. Let’s just hope we get more info soon. To stay up on all the latest Action Bronson New Balance news, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
