Salomon and A-COLD-WALL* have both built brands on breaking barriers. At Salomon, the gorpcore legends set the template for mixing outdoor hiking and trail style with urban aesthetics and streetwear collabs. A-COLD-WALL* walks its own tightrope between high fashion and streetwear, with its own gorpcore legacy, as well. For the two brands’ first collab, A-COLD-WALL* adds its touch to two colorways of a Salomon classic.

A Cold Salomon Pro Pack

The A-COLD-WALL* x Salomon ACS Pro collection features two pairs of the retro ACS Pro with sleek contouring and durable materials. Arriving in Black Olive and Bluing, the collection switches the shoe’s traditional bulky upper structure for a slick protective toecap and extended armored mesh that stretches around the toecap and heel. The classic ribbed TPU side panel is still there, but a suede lace panel around it and more suede on the heel tab bring it back to ACW vibes.

The Black Olive colorway features a grey toe, neutral mesh, olive green on the suede lace panel, black on the tongue, bone on the ribs, and brown on the heel tab. On the Bluing pair, the toe gets a dark blue makeover, with bright blue on nearly everything but the mesh, which retains a neutral grey shade. ACW logos are added at the lateral toe on both pairs for some minimal co-branding.
