The original story continues below.
While convenience stores may not hold heavy cultural weight in America, they’re seen as cultural institutions and neighborhood staples in Japan. Chains like 7-Eleven, Lawson, and FamilyMart are places to get quality food, pay bills, or even purchase concert tickets. They even have cult-like followings with fans collecting limited-edition merch and collaborations with outside partners. If you’re fond of 7-Eleven or Lawson, you’ll be happy to hear that Nike will honor the two iconic stores with Air Max 95 Big Bubble colorways.
Technically, the 7-Eleven and Lawson-inspired Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubbles are not collaborations with the storefronts, but the color palettes will pay homage to both institutions. The 7-Eleven pair features sail, metallic silver, total orange, sport green, gym red, and light British tan in its color scheme, with the gradient upper mimicking the store's logo.

As for the Lawson-inspired Air Max 95, the pair comes with a color scheme of white, metallic silver, blue sapphire, light smoke grey, and action red. Just like its 7-Eleven counterpart, this pair uses Lawson’s white, blue, and red colors on the model. Down below, both pairs will come with the “big bubble” tooling, which uses a larger Air unit in the heel that's closer to how original pairs in the ‘90s looked.
The 7-Eleven and Lawson-inspired Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble Pack was originally set to release on July 11, 2026. However, a lawsuit from 7-Eleven has caused Nike to remove the 7-Eleven colorway from the SNKRS App. We'll have to wait and see if either colorway ends up releasing now.
