Skechers Signs Jackie Young Ahead of 2025 WNBA All-Star Weekend

Skechers continues its push into the basketball world by adding another star to its growing roster, Las Vegas Aces guard Jackie Young. Announced just ahead of the 2025 WNBA All-Star Weekend in Indianapolis, the multi-time All-Star and Olympic gold medalist becomes the latest elite athlete to join the Skechers family after key signings like Rickea Jackson.

A Hometown Tribute in Every Step
Young will debut a special Player’s Edition of the SKX NEXUS during the 2025 WNBA All-Star Game, with the pair celebrating her Indiana roots her journey to the WNBA. Etched into the design are nods to her “Just a kid from Princeton” mantra, a phrase that has come to define her humble beginnings and relentless drive. The sneakers also spotlight her 2018 NCAA National Championship win at Notre Dame, her all-time scoring record of 3,268 points at Princeton Community High School, and the jersey numbers 3 and 5 that she wore during her high school and college careers.
Giving Back to Princeton
Ahead of All-Star Weekend, Jackie returned to her hometown for a heartfelt community moment. She led a basketball clinic at the Toyota Indiana YMCA in Princeton, where she was celebrated with a mural unveiling. Students from her former schools, where her siblings now coach, received their own pairs of the SKX NEXUS™—a symbol of her ongoing commitment to inspire the next generation.
